Step-by-step guides for connecting your devices and email applications to WebPros Email, so you can start sending and receiving messages right away.

Add account

  1. Open your email client and choose to add a new account manually.
  2. Select IMAP as the account type (recommended) or POP3 if IMAP isn't available.
  3. Enter your full email address and mailbox password.

Enter server settings

  1. Use the incoming and outgoing server settings below.
  2. Set the security type to SSL/TLS for both servers.
  3. Save the account, then send a test email to confirm it works.

Set up connection

Use the same email address and password for both servers. Authentication is required.
